We are daily confronted with mountains of information via the internet, social media, etc. It is very difficult to distinguish between what we should and should not believe. The term health is given a different meaning for each person. We are happy to help you make a good nutritional choice and put it into practice. If there is no ready-made answer, we will find it out for you. If necessary, I will refer you to a more specialized care provider. Our nutritional advice is based on correct scientific information, but your experiences and preferences are also crucial.
You do not need to have a prescription to make an appointment.
During the first session, the dietician will take care of the administration. She will take an anamnesis (= questioning about your complaints) in order to draw up a personal treatment plan for you.
To bring with you at your first session: documents from the health insurance fund for reimbursement, possibly a doctor's prescription or recent blood analysis.
Payments are made with bankcontact / payconiq / bankcontact app after each treatment.
Since we are recognized as dietitians by the NIHDI, you are eligible for a (partial) reimbursement for nutritional advice by your health insurance fund. Different conditions apply to each health insurance fund, so it is advisable to contact your own health insurance fund.

Protein Diet - KYALIN
We coach you through the Kyalin roadmap. All steps must therefore be followed in succession to the end.
Step 1: Slimming phase
During this phase you follow a strict program based on a number of protein portions combined with vegetables and meat or fish.
Carbohydrate-rich foods (such as bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, fruit, ...) are not allowed. But don't worry, we will get through it together!
S tap 2: Reintroduction phase
During this phase, foods are re-introduced. Cereals and fruits gradually replace protein supplements.
But starch is also gradually being allowed.
Step 3: Stabilization phase
In this third phase, grain products, fruit and starch products are standard on the menu.
This phase will form the basis of your new, healthy lifestyle. Pay attention! This phase is necessary to ensure weight maintenance.
You have reached your goal! But remember, the success of a long-lasting result is only guaranteed by adhering to a healthy diet.
From now on it is not a diet, but a lifestyle. Everything is allowed, but in moderation.
