In our practice we work with a certified and motivated personal trainer. You train in an efficient way together with your personal coach and you work towards your own goal with focus on your sports discipline! From learning to walk 5 km, to losing weight responsibly, to breaking a personal sports record on the bike or in the athletics track.
You improve performance and stay injury-free by training strength, stability, speed and flexibility in a challenging way and according to a tailor-made training schedule. A recovery session or pre-activation before a competition is also one of the possibilities of personal coaching.

We meet every week to train for an hour. We focus on strength, endurance, explosiveness and stability by means of various varying tailor-made exercises, worked out in a circuit. Thanks to the expert advice during your training, you can exercise injury-free and improve your body awareness.
It is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and strength. Each participant has the freedom to adjust the weight according to their own needs / capabilities.

Medical fitness - move groups
Based on an intake interview, we make a tailor-made exercise schedule. Under the guidance of a physiotherapist, you continue to train weekly on your personal training schedule in a small group of maximum 5 participants at your own pace.
These sessions are suitable for people with injuries.

The series of lessons includes both theory and practice.
It is taught by a specialized physiotherapist and the latest scientific insights are taken into account.
Bike fitting - temporary STOP
Your position on the bicycle largely determines your cycling comfort and riding pleasure. Make sure you are seated correctly to avoid injuries and other physical discomfort. And with the right posture, you use less energy. This way you cycle faster and longer.
Find the perfect sitting position and get rid of discomfort for good. Have your bike adjusted by an expert and enjoy endless cycling fun.
More and more athletes are faced with injuries while running. Problems often arise, especially with runners who try to increase their speed or distance. Come to us for an inspection. This way you can start or build up your running training with confidence.
During the running analysis, you will walk on our treadmill while being filmed from different angles, both with your running shoes and barefoot. We analyze the images together so that you get visual and theoretical feedback about your running style. We study the whole body from the shoulders to the feet in every phase of walking. We look for your weaknesses and additionally test for strength, control and mobility.
